Huh, that went by pretty fast… Anyway, it struck me as weird when they first played Nearer, My God, to Thee at the end of Season 2 Episode 4 since I didn’t get the reference. The Mitsudomoe Wiki explains that it was actually a reference to the scene in Titanic when it was played by the orchestra as it sank along with the ship. The more you know, I guess. 😛

Pretty well catch chapter reference. There’s nothing to add really.
In the movie that was referenced, this part is really emotive, and Studio Bridge just converted it intro a parody which mixes both manga chapter and the referenced material just perfectly.
