Floating Sunfish here with a very long-overdue release!
For those who want an update on how things are going, I originally planned a mini-batch of two songs and one Mitsudomoe chapter for at least Christmas or New Year’s, but real-life stuff happened and everything got pushed further and further back on the schedule.
It didn’t help that working on the songs took much longer than I anticipated. 😅
I realized it would take too long to wait until I finished a new Mitsudomoe chapter, so I decided to release the two songs I had ready today.
Yes, this is a confirmation that the surprise series we will be working on down the road is Ichigo Mashimaro, another beloved slice-of-life series that I’m sure Mitsudomoe fans would also enjoy! 🍓❤️
Since our good friend Ralen already has the manga covered, we will be working on the Drama CD tracks for IM, which is all super exciting.

We’ll see how this new roadmap goes, but I’m finally starting to see a silver lining from where I’m standing.

Hi, guys. Floating Sunfish here with a short status update.
It’s been a very long time since our last release and my last post, so I want to start off with a sincere apology for all the inexcusable delays I’ve caused. I take full responsibility for all the sad, lonely, Mitsudomoe-less nights you’ve all had to endure.
That being said, I want to explain that I’ve been trying to stay on top of things in real life these last few months — and I failed miserably. I got some things done, but the lists just kept growing and I never really got around to the things that really made me happy, which is making something we can all enjoy together.
So starting today, I’m going to minimize working on my real-life to-do lists. I’ll dedicate a few hours to them whenever I feel like it, but going back to scanlation and fansubbing will take top priority for all my free time. I now realize that real life will never stop getting in the way, so I’ll just have to be more aggressive with my free time.
Is this going to backfire horribly? Only one way to find out!
(Oh, and for those who were wondering, I did get regularized last March so I now have a stable source of income. Which should help out a lot.)

I just got a better job at a great company and am starting on Monday next week!
After things finally get settled, you can expect more releases in the coming weeks.
I’m going to focus more on things that actually matter so more important things get done.
Can’t wait to hang out with Mitsuba and the gang again after all these months! 😄

My, it’s all come full circle! 😄
m.3.3.w was the group that originally brought us the first 12 Mitsudomoe Drama CD tracks from many years ago, and now we’re working very closely with them to bring you the remaining 12 tracks that I’m sure you’ve all been itching to listen to!

I was also fortunate enough to recover the files from a dead torrent on nyaa.si to bring you one of the few remaining Mitsudomoe CDs we’ve been missing, “Densetsu no Hajimari (The Beginning of a Legend)!”
While this contains six of the Mitsudomoe Drama CD tracks that m.3.3.w has already translated, I’m just glad that we can finally add it to our collection as it’s an important part of Mitsudomoe history (and also has page scans that are very difficult to find).

Hi guys, Floating Sunfish here with a quick update on how things are going.
Scanlation is still ongoing behind the scenes, although at a slow pace due to IRL stuff and other commitments of all members including myself.
With MD (MangaDex) still looking like it won’t become stable any time soon, I would like to commit that we will be releasing whatever chapters we have ready this holiday season regardless of MD’s status. This wait will be the longest I would be willing to go.
Below are my reasons for not wanting to release our chapters up to this point:
1. I want aggregate sites to properly leech off MD so our releases will reach as wide an audience as possible.
2. MD currently doesn’t have comments, which are something that I cherish for every one of our releases. This is because Mitsudomoe is a niche series, so I value all the comments and emails we get. Yes, your messages mean that much to me, and I assume the rest of the team as well.
If MD does become stable before the holiday season (not likely, but I’m still counting on it), then we will go back to the original plan and release all chapters that we have ready one week after they make the announcement.
As for the YouTube channel, you may have noticed that a lot of the Mitsudomoe Archive videos have been privated. This is because we got two copyright strikes early this year thanks to Sony going around and flagging everything they’ve been involved with on YouTube.
Rest assured that I’m slowly restoring the privated videos, and will go back to uploading new Mitsudomoe videos once everything has been unprivated.

Hi guys, Floating Sunfish here with a quick update on our current direction.
With MangaDex currently being down for the time being, and with all upcoming chapters being the usual short length, I think now would be a good time to make another batch release. It’s been so long since anybody ever got to read multiple chapters in succession, so I think it would be a nice treat after the long delays we’ve been having.
UPDATE: We’ll wait a whole week after MangaDex becomes stable before we release anything so we don’t get swallowed by the sea of pent-up releases.
The next scanlation tutorial post has also been ready for a while now — I just haven’t had the time to publish it because I still need to manually reformat it for the site. It should also follow our upcoming batch release, so please look forward to it!
I also just finished clearing out my schedule so I’ll have more time to work on Mitsudomoe, which sadly took quite a hit due to work and other real-life commitments.
