My apologies for the recent lack of updates, as things have once again been a bit busy lately. 😓

Though I do still try to work on our Scanlation Tutorials whenever I can in hopes that it will enable more people to able to help work on Mitsudomoe as we go forward.

Thankfully, the draft of the next part is almost done and I hope to upload it as soon as it gets finalized, so please look forward to it! 😊

Quick Status Update!

What did I tell you about getting a lot of use out of this pic? 😅

Hi guys, Floating Sunfish here again with a very quick status update! 😊

Things have been a bit crazy on my side lately, but thankfully, everything seems to be slowing down again these last few days. I certainly hope that they do so. 😅

I also just finished moving all my files from my seven-year-old laptop to a brand new, more powerful PC, which means that editing in Photoshop should now be smoother than ever! 😆

On the scanlation front, the only thing remaining is to edit and QC the next chapter, but I probably won’t be able to work on it just yet.

Perhaps in a few more weeks after I finish wrapping up some real-life stuff on my end. My apologies in advance. 😓

As always, we can’t thank you all enough for all the wonderful words of support and patience you’ve given us over the years.

Working on this awesome series has always been a tremendous joy for us despite the huge amount of work involved, and everyone cheering us on always helps to keep us motivated. We really owe you guys a lot for that. 😊

Status Update: Feeling Much Better 😊

Hi, guys! Just dropping by to make a quick update about my recent bout with chickenpox.

I am pleased to announce that I now feel much better and am on a steady road to recovery. 🤗

Many thanks to everyone who dropped by to check on me while I was sick! It really means a lot! 😊

Thankfully, the worst of it is now over and the only thing left is to let these itchy battle scars heal in the coming weeks. 😅

Now that I’m feeling better, I’ll be sure to get back to work on more Mitsudomoe as soon as I finish wrapping up some real-life stuff on my end, so please look forward to it in the next few weeks! 😉

Once again, thank you all for the constant patience and support, and here’s to more Mitsudomoe in the future! 😆

Status Update: Very Sick 😷

My apologies for the long delay between releases so far. I really wanted to work on a lot of chapters this holiday season, but unfortunately, I got sick with chickenpox so it looks like I’ll be spending the rest of the year recovering.

It truly has been an ordeal, so much so that I wouldn’t wish it upon the worst people on the planet. The constant chills, fevers, aching, and itching have been maddening.

Anyways, I just wanted to let you guys know that there probably won’t be any new releases until mid to late January while I let my illness run its course (give or take a few weeks).

Small Status Update!

I’ve got a feeling I’ll be getting a LOT of mileage out of this pic…

Hi guys, Floating Sunfish here again making a short status report to assure you guys that I’m still alive and working on this awesome series as hard as ever. 😀

On the Scanlation Tutorials front, all example panels from all remaining scanlation groups have already been collected, and all that remains is the actual writing part.

Meanwhile, on the Translation front, all pages for the next 4 chapters have already been cleaned.

More things would have been done, but real life stuff came up, so once again my apologies for all the constant delays.

I would, however, want to clarify that although I have taken an indefinite rotating hiatus from scanlating Mitsudomoe, I have not taken a hiatus from Mitsudomoe itself — in fact, I’m always doing something Mitsudomoe-related at least once a day (which is more awesome than it sounds, trust me).

Right now I’m neck-deep in old Nico Nico Douga videos looking for hidden gems that time forgot, and I must say I’ve made a pretty decent haul already — and I’m not even past the 2010 mark yet! Truly fans of this series have some of the most creative and hilarious minds on the planet. 😆

Once again I would like to thank all of you for all the constant patience and support. You guys really make working on this awesome series all the more worthwhile. 😉

Just a Quick Update

Hi guys, just dropping by to tell you what I’ve been up to so nobody thinks I’m dead. 😛

I’ve been busy lately with job hunting and other real life stuff lately, but thankfully things are looking pretty stable so far, so work on this awesome series and the translation tutorials to follow will most likely continue as planned. 🙂

As for my progress on Volume 8, I only have 2 more chapters to go before I actually start any image editing. I decided to go this route because translating each chapter takes even longer to do than applying them to the actual manga pages.

Welp, that’s all I wanted to say so far. As always, thank you all for your continued patience and support. You guys rock! 😉
