“Feel our Gachi-raaaaaaage!!” XD
Man, I gotta say, Studio Bridge getting Masaaki Endoh himself (famed hot-blooded Anime and Tokusatsu/Sentai singer) for the Gachi Rangers theme song was a spark of genius — genius, I say!
It really shows how much thought and effort they put into making this awesome series. 🙂
Someone raise a Kickstarter petition or something for Season 3; we need more Mitsudomoe!!
Also, you guys can finally start the countdown since we only have 10 more songs before I get back to translating the original manga chapters! Hooray! 😀
Mitsudomoe Season 2 Special Opening has been released! Get it below!

Alright, time to work on the next one!
Floating Sunfish out!
Gachi-tastic! As you said, this special opening, along with the chapter, represent how Norio-sensei was telling to everyone how far she was/is willing to go, to the extent of creating a special complete show for her show, and making it an important piece intro her main story.
The special itself is full of funny facts. While is pretty easy to recognize Mitudomoe school principal and nurse Kuriyamacchi “special participation” in this chapter as Gachi Rangers’ commander and Kindergarden’s carer respectively, is a bit harder to tell that Gedol Empire’s boss was Triplet’s dad, or that the evil girl’s voice if from Kaeida’s Thirty-chan. In this special chapter, Gachi-blue was draw in such way to represent a parody of the “smart guy” (and girl btw) character model that every actual anime seems to have (in effect, a friend told me “f**k, another yet Tieria’s (Gundam-00 smart character) clone xD). Finally, should be mentioned that this special is even special intro its fictional story timeline… Isn’t the show that our beloved Hitoha-chan is used to watch every Sunday’s morning (pointed by Hitoha herself), no… This is Gachi-rangers made with Mitsudomo gag-style which only Mitsudomoe has!.
Nice work like always. Many thanks for translation.
Greetings.

Yeah, it was pretty funny that Mr. Marui was the evil empire’s boss, and how it was practically Chiba inside the Gessuragon costume. 😛 Didn’t realize it was Ms. Kaieda’s voice actress doing the evil woman’s voice though.
Never mind a full Season 3, I just wish that Season 2 had at least as many episodes as Season 1 did… That would’ve been awesome. 🙂

Much as a KickStarter to Make a new 13 ep series would be great, I don’t think it would work with the amount of English fans it would need the Japanese fanbase, which I assume is greater.
I mean even if you have everyone who wants to show pledge $100 for the series you’d need 25,000 backers to match the budget. 😦
It’s just a shame it’s an obscure manga in an obscure Shounen mag.
